CELLULAR PHONE
· When charging, don’t leave the phone plugged after battery is full.
· Maximize the use of the cell phone battery by charging it only after it has emptied.
· Replace old batteries after one or two years.
· Reduce unnecessary cell phone use like playing games.

LIGHTING
· Use natural light whenever possible.
· Remind everyone concerned to turn off the lights when not in use.
· Regularly clean lamps, reflecting surfaces and diffusers for maximum efficiency.
Dirt lessens illumination by 50 percent.
· Avoid using high wattage bulb.
· Use compact fluorescent lights (CFL) instead of incandescent bulbs.
A 16-watt CFL produces the same light as a 60-watt incandescent bulb.
